The 29m grip on the Olympic Powerlifting Bar is balanced to give full control during higher volume training sessions. The knurls on the Powerlifting Bar is typically more aggressive for a more secure grip during heavy lifting and the centre knurl provides a safe placement during squats and lunges. The 41.5cm loadable sleeve provides an extended length for greater load and less deflection than a normal Olympic Bar.
